For products not listed on this web site, please fill out an order form or call us at 212-580-0921. Once received, you will receive an email confirming your order, final pricing, payment information, and any questions we may have.

Birth announcements - Ordering in Advance:
I recommend filling out an order form with as much detail as possible before the baby is born. This way you can you just call or email me with the final name and statistics once the baby is born. If you would like to make payment when the baby is born (as opposed to before the birth), then you can choose "pay be check" method and make payment when you place the final order.

Boo boos:
Excellent Paper Place encourages customers to proofread their work carefully, as we cannot be held responsible for spelling errors or grammar mistakes.

Errors do occur. If we made the error, contact us within a week of receiving your order and we will replace the order at no cost. Some manufacturers will not replace product if not contacted immediately, so please let us know if something is wrong right away. If you made the error, we will redo the order at wholesale cost. Please contact us to obtain pricing.

Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee it can be cancelled. Most suppliers do not allow cancellations. If you change your mind about an order, please call us right away at 212-580-0921. We will do our best to help you. Custom stationery is not returnable.

Individual item pricing is displayed for each item shown. For additional quantities, special requests or accessories, please email or call us. Other accessories and options may incur additional charges. We make every effort to update prices quoted on this site. However, prices do change and suppliers adjust their product lines. Prices are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for pricing errors.

Printing time:
Printing times varies per manufacturer! Birth announcements usually take 3-5 days to print (from time of proof approval). Engraving usually takes a few days longer. Invitation sets (wedding, bar mitzvahs) take approximately 7-10 days to print. Some companies offer expedited printing. If you are interested in this service, please indicate on your order form or send me an email. After the stationery is printed, shipping takes approximately 3-7 days. So you can expect to receive your order in approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.

Printing process:
All products are typeset and printed at the manufacturers facilities. We make sure they get the order perfect!

Privacy Policy:
Excellent Paper Place is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect from our users only the information that is necessary to complete an order. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc. ) form the order form is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with your if we have any questions. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, bank information, etc. ) that is collected is used only to bill your for products and services. We do not store credit card information.

Excellent Paper Place is the solitary holder of the information collected on this site. We have not and will not sell, share or rent this information to others in any way. We take every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
